DISCO AT A GLANCE

DISCO offers these main features:

Harmonized Public Datasets

A continuously expanding repository of manually curated publicly available datasets of more than 100 million cells, with harmonized meta-data and processed with a standardized pipeline. 95% of the data in DISCO are processed directly from fastq files using the same reference genome and annotation file, addressing concerns about inconsistent gene symbols and reducing batch effects caused by variations in pre-processing.

Tissue, Phenotype and Cell Type Atlases

Manually curated and annotated tissue, phenotype, and cell type atlases generated from a vast repository of publicly available datasets. Each cell type is carefully annotated by our team to ensure high quality and consistency across all atlases.

Cell Type Ontology and Marker Genes

Cell type labels obtained from annotating the DISCO atlases were harmonized and organized into a hierarchical tree wherein the relationships between various cell types can be explored .

DISCO Toolkit

Cell Identification

Single Cell Data Projection

Single Cell Geneset Enrichment

Single Cell Data Integration

We'll love to improve with your help!

Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems/suggestions when using DISCO!
