Atlas

The data in the repository has been integrated into thematic atlases, including tissue-specific atlases, disease/phenotype atlases, and cell type atlases.

Tissue Atlas

The tissue atlases integrate normal healthy samples to establish a baseline reference for specific tissues. With the growing number of samples available, we have expanded the atlases and achieved more comprehensive cell type annotations.

Phenotype Atlas

The disease/phenotype atlases integrate both healthy and diseased samples to enable the exploration of variations in cell type composition and gene expression across different diseases or phenotypes.

Cell Type Atlas

Cell type-specific atlases focus on providing precise, high-resolution cell type annotations and documenting their distributions across various tissues and conditions. Integrating cells from the same or closely related lineages can also shed light on cell ontogeny and uncover rare cell subsets, such as progenitor cells.
